Lewis was quick to respond and visited the same morning as posting the job. He did a great job and we would use him again.

Firstly Lewis / Louis was able to do the job on the Thursday, Secondly he returned on the Monday to connect the newly delivered washing machine, and thirdly, at my request, he fetched a hot water pump and fitted it. He has a very calm and can do approach to his work. He even cleans up after himself. Whilst waiting for the washing machine to go through its cycle he moved some furniture and pots for me. - He didn't have to, he was just happy to help. I think he is a real amazing gem of a plumber and would thoroughly recommend.

He is really good and quality work

Lewis arrived right on time (in fact messaged me to say he could arrive early if it suited) which I really appreciated. What stood out most was his honesty and attention to detail. I had originally purchased the wrong tap, which would have reduced my water pressure, but he took the initiative to go out and get a more suitable replacement. He also took the time to explain different options at various price points as well as the difference between the tap I had purchased vs a new one so I could choose what worked best for me. On top of that, he left the area spotless once the job was done. Professional, reliable, genuinely helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.
