Arshad installed our cooker and hob on the same day I phoned to arrange an appointment. He offered a good price and did a great job. He was professional,friendly and polite. Would recommend.

Arshad is very punctual and knows his job really well. He accommodated our last minute job in his schedule and fixed the gas hob, did leakage checks etc. in very less time. Will hire him again and recommend as well.

Excellent from the very beginning. My timeline came forward by nearly 2 days and Ash accommodated us. Came around one evening to have a look at the work scope and quote accurately. As I was doing the kitchen myself he was happy to work at my place and wait for me to make changes on the cabinets as these were required for the pipework. The first solution we had agreed upon didn't work due to a bad quality fitting. At that point he took a step back to maintain the safety of the installation and had to come back around the next day. Even though he was completely booked on the Sunday, he did accommodate us and completed the job well. All I can say is he went the extra mile and therefore the level of service provided was exceptional.

Ash was very punctual and kept in contact prior to the installation. On arrival He assessed the job and let us know that the job couldn’t be completed as the gas pipe was on the opposite side to the previous hob. He informed us that he would need extra equipment, arranged a new price and a date/time for the following morning. Again, he arrived on time and got straight on with the work, checked with us on a few things and competed the job, along with gas checks for safety and at the new confirmed price. A very good, positive experience and will be using Ash in the future and would recommend his services.

Was out within a couple of days to service our boiler and fix a leaking radiator. Quickly completed the jobs and to a great standard, would recommend!
