The job was a leakage in the toilet flush tank. They attended to the job and suggested replacing the whole thing (which, in the end, was not necessary, but I agreed). They left to send a quote but never replied after that. So, something to consider if you need to get the job done.Answer from tradesperson:
Attended job, sourced leak. Offered to fit new concealed cistern on spot for a fantastic price so customer would never have issues again. It was over 15 years old. The best possible plumbing advice as always offered. Customer wanted to think about this. Since sent a quote but had no reply. Agologies Mr Hadid for your bad experience but we feel we have done nothing wrong.
