Prompt, friendly manor and professional.

Posted the job on 'MyBuilder' Daniel called shortly after this and we arranged for him to come the following day (Saturday) he arrived well before the time agreed, to our delight, looked at our water tank, checked the leak, and as per his initial diagnosis, he replaced the ballcock, all is now fine. Excellent work, thank you Daniel.

Daniel was quick to respond, clear in communication, efficient in resolving our problem and reasonably priced. This was to repair a toilet valve in the en-suite bathroom that was causing major vibration the noise of which was most disturbing to us and to the neighbouring flats. The vibration had also damaged the inlet seal and water was leaking from the bottom of the cistern. About ten months previously, we had had the same problem and a plumber had supposedly "fixed" it, but the issue had now recurred. In addition to repairing the above, Daniel also fitted a shut off valve (isolator tap) so that in future if we had a leak or if the vibration recurred we could isolate that toilet until it could get repaired. We do have every confidence that this repair was properly done. I would therefore definitely and generously recommend Daniel of "Plumbing-365", which is his own company.
