    Leaking pipe work

    Daniel contacted me promptly after the work was posted and explained how he worked. On the agreed day Daniel arrived promptly, assessed what the problem was, sourced the required parts and completed the job very quickly. Daniel was very polite and confident in what he did and his price was extremely reasonable. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to employ Daniel again and recommend him to others 100%. Excellent all round service.

    Disconnect then refit toilet and sink + unit

    Daniel arrived as arranged and disconnected our toilet and sink, allowing us to fit the new flooring. Once it was laid, we sent him a text and he came back and reconnected the sanitary ware. An efficient worker, polite and friendly. Would use him again.

    Leaking pipe under kitchen sink with mould issues too.

    Prompt attention, quickly repaired and Daniel was very up front about cost, which I like! Will keep him in mind for when we decide to upgrade our bathroom.

    New connection for a washing machine

    Daniel responded quickly and managed to rearrange his diary to help me in a tricky situation. He did a great job connecting the washing machine to a very affordable price. I can totally recomend Daniel and have allready asked him to do further work at my property.

    Electric shower replacement

    Daniel arrived at the agreed date and time. Expertly fitted the shower. Very please with the result. We’ll consider him for future projects.

    Move washing machine connections to near bathroom

    Job was awkward, and needed two visits because of parts delay, but he stuck with original estimate. Also was friendly, tidy and polite on-site.

    Low water pressure form water tank

    Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. He did exactly what he said he would at the price agreed, and even used some spare parts he had without charging us for them. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

    Leaking pipe beside valve in cupboard and other jobs

    Daniel, nice lad but pipe still leaking after two attempts to fix. To be fair to him I didn’t go back to him after the second attempt to fix. Other thing I would say, and I take responsibility for this, is that I was expecting a ‘quote’ for the works but Daniel went ahead and started tightened a few nuts and then charged £50 so I would suggest you get a quote before any job is started.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Asked customer if she wanted job completed she said yes. Even had to go down to van to get tools to complete job, certainly never just went ahead with anything. My prices are clearly listed on website and the £50 charge was as minimal I could go especially with it being 17.30. Attended a second time after customer advised still leaking and repaired another leak free of charge on a Saturday. Never heard from customer since then. Contacted customer yesterday to offer full refund of her £50 as reputation is more important than money for me but feel I've done nothing wrong.
