    Outdoor tap supply and fit

    Fantastic service from Daniel! Job accepted within an hour with a great quote for what I needed done! Communication from Daniel was spot on and he kept me updated before the job and also called on day to let me know he was 30mins away, Daniel was very polite and provided what was asked at a great standard! I would highly recommend Daniel and will definitely call him again for any future jobs! 5 stars!

    Outdoor tap

    Daniel did a great job for us such a nice guy talked me through what he was doing and explained why. He did a very neat and tidy job and I would 100% use him for our next job.

    Remove & Replace 2 Radiators.

    Daniel arrived exactly when he said he would. First class job carried out removing 2 radiators and replacing with new. Very tidy worker with a cheery nature. Would have no hesitation in using again should the need arise.

    Plumbing issue under kitchen sink

    Daniel did a really good job under difficult circumstances and he really went over and above for us. His price was reasonable given the complexity of the job. This is the second time Daniel has completed a job for us and I'd definitely recommend him.

    Non-flushing toilet

    Daniel and his assistant did a grand job. Very tidy and cleared up when they had finished. I am so happy with them that I have arranged for them to do some tilling work in our shower.

    Outdoor tap install

    TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Daniel came to see the job and then arranged a time to come. We had to cancel. We then agreed a day and time and waited in for him all day. He did not show and didn’t even have the manners to contact us to explain or let us know he wasn’t coming. Very unprofessional.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Had a family emergency unfortunately which could not be helped. Called and explained this to customer very next day and was informed this feedback would be removed. The words terrible and unprofessional are certainly not words that associate with my company and I think my feedback clearly shows this.
