Andy has been the only trade I met so far that made me feel comfortable and did the job like I wanted. Given the bad experience I had with a previous guy he accepted to confirm expectation on a written contract and he rectified the shit made from previous trade without charging any money. He listened to my requirements and standard of quality and he met them. He was seeking my agreement when at a decision point during the works. He seemed to be an honest and trustable person. Andy did an excellent job. Arrived as arranged, and talked through the job before he got going. An extremely considerate worker, he was clean and tidy throughout and kept us in the loop on what he was doing. Really happy with the work itself - neat and professional finish to installed flooring, new skirting & doors. He stayed to get the job done in a oner.
