I left a neutral comment for Andrew before as he was too busy to quote, but in the end we decided to wait and go with him. His quote was reasonable and clear and we liked him! He arrived on time and got the job done. We have asked him to quote now for another job.

A very professional job. Andrew was on time, completed the job on time (over a weekend) and did an excellent job. Would not hesitate in recommending him.

Andrew came to look at the job (seemed really nice!) but he never sent a quote and said he was too busy to do it in the end.

Andrew is a very "can-do" builder. We got a little unlucky with our job because it conflicted with other jobs Andrew was working on so there were inevitable delays. Apart from a couple of "unforced errors" (sorry for the tennis analogy), he and his colleagues did a really good job. I was particularly impressed with his plastering, plumbing and electrical work. He made it all look so easy! He did some things which were not in the original spec, and never complained. Very highly recommended.

Andrew did good quality work and was friendly and enthusiastic. He was also very good at following up that everything was OK. I will be looking him up for any plumbing work I need done in the future.

Andrew was a delight to work with. He was on time and had a great 'can-do' or at least try attitude. The other builders wanted me to put up scaffolding before really looking. Andrew just got on a ladder in the flat and identified the problem. He sent an estimate and was back at the property in a few days. He did a very professional job and was reasonably priced. The others were costing almost double! andrew even came by another flat that I own to assess another leak. He identified the problem and fixed it immediately without charging extra. I highly recommend Andrew and am sure that I'll use him on future work.

Andrew did an exceptional job to a high standard of workmanship. He also came back to finalise some siliconing around the wet-area's of the kitchen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Andrew and his colleague completed the the removal and replacement of 3 skylight windows and blinds to an excellent standard within one day. I would definitely recommend their work and would use their services again.
