Mohamed drew the short straw and took on the job himself. We agreed a time and he was very punctual. Credit where credit is due, Mohamed rolled up his sleeves and got on with the job and cleared the toilet. He gave it a once over and offered repair suggestions if the issues come back. He was friendly, helpful and I'll keep him in mind for future plumbing needs.
