We hired Koncore for a power flush, Magnaclean fit and boiler service. If you’re looking for a tradesman who is diligent, knowledgeable and friendly, Mo is your man. He was on time, thorough and clearly has a passion for delivering a great service to his clients. Highly recommended.

Mohammed was very efficient, reasonably priced and friendly. He communicated very well both with myself and my tenant and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and will be using him again.

Fantastic guy. New what he was doing. Kept me informed throughout the work. He was respectful to my home and didn’t make a mess. The kids were running around and screaming and it didn’t bother him. He even wore shoe covers. Smooth communication before giving him the assigned job I needed done. I really appreciate you and your work. Definitely recommended.

I don’t know where to start - other than this engineer was absolutely incredible! I originally posted for an F75 error but very quickly he diagnosed several other issues that have been poorly done by previous tradesmen, and was able to clearly explain and show me the issues to ensure I was understanding the full complexity of the problems. Because of the terrible work done previously (which I already had suspicions of as it’s been a long road for me getting my boiler properly serviced and I’ve been taken advantage of on previous call outs), this meant he had to order new parts and return the next day to finish the job. He was incredibly committed to getting the job done right, AND as quickly as my flat was cold. He also helped show me how to use the boiler properly and signs to look out for in the future for settings and trouble-shooting. Further, he discovered a leak in one of my radiators, which will now help save me from future major issues. Had he not identified this issue, I would have been again dealing with more problems in a few months time. Because of his attention to detail and overall care of his job, I am able to get ahead of the issue and take proper steps to solve before it causes even more damage to my system. I will DEFINITELY be keeping Mo’s number and details and plan to have him back for the new radiator install in a month, and annual boiler servicing moving forward. Please keep coming west, Mo! :)) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DID TO HELP ME AND TEACH ME!
