Great service & top man. He first tried to talk me through resetting my alarm over the phone to avoid the need to come out. When it didn't work he said he would be round in 30 minutes despite it being 6 in the evening. He fixed the problem & highlighted some of the ageing alarm's failing parts. I was happy to have Kashif back to upgrade these elements but he recommended I should only do it if the problem returns. Others would probably have been happy to make some easy money. We've already agreed he will return to do several small electrical jobs. And finally, he charged a very reasonable price as quoted when we spoke on the phone.

A job well done in about 15 minutes. The intruder alarm is now fixed and set up for a new user. The technician even asked for a less than the agreed price. Great experience with this guy and I will definitely recommend him to anyone having troubles with the home security systems!!
