Kieran came right away and put up 60 meters of new featherboard fencing in my garden, which looked fantastic when finished, for a very reasonable price and all in one day. Friendly and efficient, cleared up all mess. I would reccomend KMC property maintenance to anyone.

Kieran was first class from initial contact, right through to job completion. They replaced ~50 metres of ranch style fencing, efficiently and to a fantastic standard. Tidied up after and left area spotless. I would happily use KMC Property Maintenance in future, they clearly take pride in their work and I would highly recommend.

Kieran and Joe installed two long fences with concrete posts in a day that was pouring with heavy rain all day. They came back the following week to install a large decking area which we couldn’t be happier with. They tidied up after the jobs leaving the place spotless. They are two hard working perfectionists with outstanding skills. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in hiring again or recommending to family or friends. Thanks Kieran and Joe for an amazing job.

I can't say enough good things about Kieran. His work is first rate and at very reasonably price, he let us know what was happening every step off the way. He took away all the old fencing and cleaned up after he had finished. Would I recommend him that would be a yes.

Kieran did a fantastic job. Took over from someone that started the job and didn’t finish the job. kieran left the place clean and his work is very neat. He was accurate about time frame, material etc. Very friendly and honest guy. Definitely hiring him again.
