Did the job quickly and efficiently been difficult to get the gutter fixed at such short notice but Ken did a brilliant job and kept me in the loop and came to fix it asap. He took photographs as he did each stage of the job to show what he was doing as he re fitted the guttering and sorted out all the problems which were causing damp in my upstairs toilet. Would recommend him and use him again.

Ken White of MK Properties responded to our request through My Builder.com to under take a roof problem, where rain water was falling off the gable end instead of running into the guttering due to the roof being at an acute angle. Ken visited the site and proposed three options to rectify the problem, including a superimposed photo image of how the job would look on our preferred option, plus a method statement of the work he was to undertake. The work was completed on time at a satisfactory price and to a high standard. Our opinion is MK Properties are a very capable and competent contractor with a wide variation of building skills and we would not hesitate in employing MK Properties for any similar type of roofing and joinery work.

Ken has fitted some very awkward shaped cupboards and cupboard doors, which he has made from scratch on the job, all in one day! They are well made and he even fitted all the handles and locks for me (which I hadn't asked for and was a very nice surprise) all in the price he quoted, which was very reasonable. He turned up on time and tidied up after himself. I would have no problem recommending Ken and will definitely be asking him to do any future work for me.

Ken is very professional he made some pillars made out of bespoke to a very high standard to match the original you could not tell the difference that's how good it was and he finished on time for me I would recomend the tradesman

Ken was an absolute star! Swift response to my posting and unbelievably hard working to complete the job as quickly and cost effectively as possible. He worked long hours - I don't think he believes in a 9 to 5 day, and rarely took any breaks. He did a great job and tidied up beautifully after himself. Even better, for me, was that there was no loud radio being played while he worked - bliss! I would highly recommend Ken and will definitely be using him again.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Ken White. He replaced our guttering in Looe and it was a thoroughly professional job. He was always available via email and text to answer any of our questions almost immediately which in my experience is extremely rare. He came on time, completed the work and tidied up afterwards. We paid him the amount that he quoted without any add ons even though he had to buy some timber unexpectedly. We are extremely satisfied customers.

Responded and came very quickly, seemed knowledgeable about this type of carousel and was soon able to make doors fit properly. Pleased with job which was a bit of a conundrum! Would contact him if another job turned up in the future.

Posted the job on Wednesday evening and it was completed by the Saturday! Ken came round to measure up and understand what I wanted, very friendly and punctual on first meeting. The Job was completed in a day and exactly how I wanted, very pleased and will definitely use again for future work. Thanks ken I am one happy customer

Ken responded to my job request quickly and turned up to quote very shortly afterwards. He was punctual, polite and friendly. The work was carried out at quite short notice which was what I had requested. It was also carried-out as per the quote with no hidden costs and when it was found that a standard door frame replacement would not be of use, Ken constructed a custom sized one for me himself. He worked with clean consideration for my home and finished the job quickly. I would consider using him again for work on my property.
