    fascia repair and cladding

    Ken and Barry did an excellent job of repairing my fascia boards, and cladding with upvc, at a very good price. Their communication is always prompt, they are punctual and polite, their workmanship is professional and tidy. They know what they're doing and offer sound, honest advice. Would highly recommend MK Properties (in fact I already have to 2 people in my office!)

    Stairs at Top Landing

    Very good job done by Barry, and he even sorted a door out for me. Would recommend to everyone, will definitely call again.

    Assess and repair leakage please

    handrail on stairs

    The hand rail looks fabulous. Ken made sure I knew he was caught up in traffic. Can't ask for more than that. I would highly recommend him. Nice guy as well. Thank you Ken

    Rebuild dismantled shed

    Ken communicated promptly and arrived promptly as we had arranged. In spite of the poor weather (rain), Ken and his colleague worked quickly and thoroughly through the repairs and rebuild. Very pleased with the final result.

    Two external doors

    Ken has done a first class job supplying and fitting two exterior doors with locks and replacing parts of the frames which were rotten extra to the work initially requested. He was very helpful making informed decisions on the work to be done. He took the old doors and frames away and left the area clean and tidy. He was punctual, hard working and very pleasant. A great contact to have for most types of work. I would definitely use Ken's services again and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others. Thank you Ken.
