Leaking roof on extension kitchen.
Amazing company from first contact till completion. Fantastic communication and very helpful. Work carried out to repair damaged roof from leaking fiberglass to a solid dry roof. 3 layers done and looks amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work done by a team that knows what's best needed. Thank you so much A* service

Stop leak on fibreglass garage roof
Second time Ken and his team have done work for us and also did a great job, this time felting our garage roof. Many thanks once again.

Remove roof and gutter mosses
Have hired these guys for a second time. That is a good thing, and they did not disappoint. The guys were prompt, sid a great job and left no debtis behind.

Roof tile repairs and replacement
KM Roofing are a very professional and well run business. Ken came out to see me and not only did a great job but DID WHAT HE SAID WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. Which to be honest is hard to find these days. I can highly recommend KM Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and diligent company.

Damp patch on an external bedroom wall.
KM Building were quick to respond to my job post. Their representative turned up on time and filmed the problem which I could not see from the ground. Communication and service after accepting the quote which I received quickly has been excellent. I cannot fault the service I received from this company. I am happy to recommend them. Thank you Ken.

Flat roof inspection
Before KM Roofing and Building did an excellent job a we had a very bad experience prior to asking them to sort out a shambolic job obviously carried out by a "cowboy firm". We are so grateful we discovered KM Building by using My Builder. Very professional, team friendly, Office Manger, Caroline Morrow was great regarding the admin, contact etc. We will be using KM Building again in the future. We have recommended KM Building to our neighbours

Leaking valley
We contacted Ken to repair our leaking valley & the chimney. After accepting his quote the scaffolders arrived & fitted the scaffold. Two days later, Ken’s Lads arrived to do the necessary repairs. They worked diligently in adverse weather conditions- it was bitterly cold to be working on a roof. They were very, polite, courteous & kept us informed. We are very pleased with the work carried out, and are already seeing the areas affected drying out. Would thoroughly recommend.

Weather seal roof corners
These guys came and did a good job on an extended shared roof. When my neighbours had a leak a few months after, because that section faces North, amd we only get driving rains in the Winter months; Ken and his guys came, saw what had gone wrong, and fixed it so we would not have the problem again. I would hire these guys again without hesitation.
