Our problem turned out to be rather more complex than we originally thought. We believe that it has now been fixed although the acid test will come when the roof is exposed to the winter storms. We are pleased to have received a written guarantee for the work. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly and the issues associated with Covid and other unrelated health issues handled sensitively. Thank you.

I posted the job late at night and by midday the following day Ken's team had been out and investigated the problem with my roof. They said they could do a temporary fix while they sorted out scaffolding. Once the scaffolding was erected a couple of days later the only thing that held them up from starting was the rain! Once the forecast was no rain I had three roofers working on the repair work. Two days later all done. Invoice paid and shortly after I received the guarantee for the work done. Satisfied customer would use them again.

Ken and his team worked withIn our timescale for the job as we needed to hold off on our gutter repair as we have a sparrow nesting box right beside it and we were waiting for them to fledge. The job initially was done quickly however there was still a small leak from the guttering when it rained, upon phoning the following morning they were out again within an hour and replaced a faulty fitting at no extra charge. Would recommend and use again.
