Ken and his team responded rapidly to our roofing job request. Once they arrived they quickly diagnosed the lead valley as the source of the roof leak. Within 7 working days the team began work and had finished the valley replacement to our satisfaction. We would recommend KM Building and Roofing for your roofing work.

Very efficient company. They went to look at the job the week after being contacted and sent through a quote which was honoured at the end. Due to the unpredictable weather and needing a dry couple of days there was a small delay, but as soon as there was a gap in the rain the job was completed quickly with further, very helpful advice given freely. Whilst I seriously hope we don't need their services again for a leaky roof, I wouldn't hesitate in ringing Ken for help in the future. Very pleased and I would highly recommend his company.

Superb job done under difficult conditions. Quite a complex scaffolding was needed to reach the chimney and the weather varied between pouring rain and blazing sun! Ken's team kept me informed all the time on progress and the chimney stack now looks magnificent. The site was cleared and cleaned (indeed by Ken himself) and any slates damaged by scaffolding were quickly replaced. Good communication prior to coming to give a quote. Dave was a very amiable chap. The job was quite small but just awkward to get to. They did the job there and then. Very impressed. Will definitely recommend.
