Job completed satisfactory thanks

KM Building and Roofing, did an excellent job for us. They were polite and skilled, did an excellent job, and we would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you.

Ken and his team did a very professional job removing an old and decrepit corrugated roof on a converted garage/ garden room and replacing it with a new multi-layer flat felt roof. The materials used looked to be top quality and he took time to explain the benefits of the system they were using. Despite very dodgy weather they got the job done very quickly and with no fuss. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and tidied up when they had finished. Top job! We're so pleased we've asked them to come back and do some more roofing jobs for us!

Friendly, informative and helpful, KM were professional and did a very good job on my roof, including fixing a couple of problems I was unaware of.

Excellent customer service, extremely reliable trades men who arrived as agreed to survey and price the job. Currently awaiting completion of the repair.

Excellent standard of work and service throughout. Highly recommended.

Only a small job, two tiles needed replacing but one was in a very awkward position. Competitive price quoted and work completed quickly. Ken’s communication was great. Overall a really positive experience, I’ll be keeping Ken’s contact details and if needed using him again. Thank you

Prompt and efficient service.

Job was quoted and completed within days of posting. Excellent job at a fair price.

Did what needed doing! 👍
