Keith was VERY fast in responding to the job ad, and was able to give an initial quote over the phone after seeing a picture of the property. His quote seemed very reasonable, and the another roofer who called me later confirmed that it was very good value. Keith came within the week to do the job (replacing the guttering), but on arrival noted that the facia and soffit boards were not in a very good condition either. He also suggested that we might want to re-do the small flat roof on top of our bay. As someone who likes detail, I appreciated the time he took to explain my options. Although we did have everything replaced in the end, I didn't feel pressurised to do so. After all the work was complete, I noted that some water was still escaping between the roof and the gutter. Keith was more than happy to come back immediately in order to rectify the situation (at no extra cost). There is still one corner where I think water may creep through, but Keith's generous 10 year guarantee gives us peace of mind. I would definitely recommend him.

Keith was very efficient in getting round to quote, identifying the issue and quoting a reasonable price for the work. He provided photo's of before and after the work and provided a good service at a reasonable price.
