Keith did a great job. He was easy to contact and had a practical approach to fixing a leaky roof which wasn't obvious how to solve. He provided photos of the job so that we could see how the work was done - a good job done. It is also good to know that his work is guaranteed so if when the rain comes we have any issues we can get back in touch.

I have a few rentals in Dagenham and now live in Kent, I lost touch with my usual roofer and tried mybuilder, I was very sceptical but I needed a roofer. I chose Kieth as he was local. I had tradesman from 60 miles away wanting to quote? Kieth got in touch quickly, did the job quickly, and I paid him. some adjustment was needed and keith promised to go and adjust it the next day, which he did. Its that bit i liked the most, as a lot of trades dont go back after being paid! Anyway, a good job, a good price, will employ again

Keith was open and honest about the work involved and completed as agreed. Easy to get hold of and keeps you updated throughout. I would recommend.

I had a number of jobs. Cladding replaced under flat roof porch and over garage door, cement repair by roof valley, leaking guttering, silicon repair around a few windows and cement repair to brickwork. Keith provided good advice on what should be done, completed all works at a very competitive price. I was pleased with his work.

Keith provided an excellent service. He was quick to get in touch to arrange a time to quote and the price provided was competitive given that he included scaffolding which some other firms did not. He turned up on time as agreed and completed the job to a high standard, and also fixed a couple of areas which were not included in the quote. The fact that his work comes with a 10 year guarantee also adds peace of mind. I would recommend Keith for any works relating to replacement of guttering, fascias and soffits, and any other roof repairs.

Excellent. Explained what was my options and what was recommended. Reassured the job will be a success and offers his guarantee. Roof done and looks better. I will wait for the next storm for the roof to be tested. If I had other jobs regarding roofs, I would go with Keith.

Keith came this afternoon to check up on a leak on the roof of my property. He provided sound advise and did a short term fix to stop any immediate water seaping through. Was prompt and professional. Hopefully there won't be any more nasty leaks in the short run until a decision is made whether or not to replace the entire roof.

Working with Keith was a great experience from start to finish. He was always punctual, did everything we discussed (new lead flashing on two chimneys to prevent damp) plus some extra work he threw in for free (repairing a leaky gutter, replacing a broken tile, fixing a cracked pipe) and did it all UNDER the quoted budget price- which of course was a great surprise. That to me is the sign of an honest, hardworking tradesman you can rely on to do a good job, because he wants to do a good job and because he wants the return business. We will definitely hire Keith again, possibly to repair/replace our soffets and fascias. He pointed out problems with these, provided photos of the rot evident (and photos of the work he did), but applied no pressure to upsell us. I really appreciate that too. It was a great experience, we felt very well treated by a courteous and friendly professional, the work looks to have been done to a high standard, and as a result I highly recommend him.
