Steve was a really nice friendly guy. We had one window with a large gap which he fixed and now shuts perfectly. Really happy with the job and will definitely call him back when we are ready to get the other windows fixed.

Made appointment 3 weeks ahead. He gave me no specific time slot, only "in a morning". At 10:30 on the day i get a text that he has to cancel because of emergency appointments. So i waited 3 weeks for nothing. He gave me availability next day, but I can't not go to work and hope again that he would show up. Very bad time management skills. He did apologise, but that doe fix my doors. Maybe he is super good, when he shows up, i will never know.
