    I need to have my shed roof re-felted, it is currently leaking rain into the shed. The shed is 8 ft x 13 ft flat roof with all round access.

    Kevin arrived when he said he would to review the job. Gave a fair price there and then and we agreed a date for the job to be done. The job as completed in a very satisfactory manner, all debris was removed from site and the place was very tidy afterwards. All in all an excellent job very well done. I would recommend Kevin and his work. Alan

    Brickwork
    A job well done! Kevin communicated with us effectively and was very polite and accommodating. He completed the work efficiently and to our satisfaction.

    Repair brick pier

    Rebuilding three front steps

    I can thoroughly recommend Kevin Allen. He is a first class skilled worker who is efficient, punctual, reliable and hard working. Despite adverse weather he completed rebuilding my house steps to my complete satisfaction within time. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Look no further if you are looking for a reliable builder.

    Cleaning and painting exterior window frames
    Kevin was flexible and got the work done in the time he had quoted. The quality of the work is excellent and we have already had neighbours asking about it and have asked Kevin to do some more work. The price for this job was very competitive and I'd definitely recommend Kevin as great value for money :)

    Make good area where shower was

    I am very happy with the work done by Kevin, he was knowledgeable, polite, and punctual. He got the job done as discussed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and i will use him again in the future.

    Pillar between doors of detached double garage has been damaged. Lintle above right hand door is dropping.

    Kevin was extremely honest, advising me the repairs required were not as extensive as I thought they were. He turned up when he said he would and did an excellent job. I will not hesitate to use his services in the future and would highly recommend him.

    Remove tiled fire surround and hearth

    Kevin did a great job and is a great handyman to know, would definitely not hesitate to recommend him. Communication prior to the job was very good, he turned up to do the job on time, did exactly what we asked of him, and cleaned up after himself. Kevin himself is very personable and we're already planning what other jobs we'd like him to do for us in the future.
