Kieran has done a fantastic job. Considering our job turned out to be more complex than we originally thought he has completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. The pipe work he has plumbed is meticulous and much neater than the original pipes. A good price for a very decent job. Very pleased to be lead free.

Extremely positive impression from the off after Kieran came round to give me a comprehensive quote for the work which was very competitive. On the day Kieran was prompt, efficient and left an extremely tidy job which enabled us to easily fit our new kitchen. He also drilled a new waste hole for our new sink at no extra charge, gave me advice on the pressure of our mains gas and also supplied and fitted putty in our external gas box to ensure that if there was a gas leak it wouldn't seep into the house - all while giving us a discount off the original quote as the work didn't take as long as he thought it would. Overall, very pleased with Kieran and I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. I've also already recommended him to my girlfriends colleague who will be contacting him soon!

I'm a DIY'er who got stuck when my stop tap failed. Kieran called around to quote for a replacement and sorted me out on the spot, can't get better service than that! Kieran is definitely a top bloke.

pros and cons On the plus side, Kieran did install the new combi, It looks sound and proper. His quote was competetive and he also did some extra little jobs during installation at no extra cost. On the negative side, he did not want to install it exactly how we wanted, quoting 'regulations' which a BG installer rubbished and we felt that he tried to steer us towards the easiest solution for himself. The first day Kieran left the pipes unchecked and this caused water leakage in the dinning room. The second day when removing the old installation he left scratches on walls, floor and stains on the carpet. He overran half a day and when handing over the installation he refused to teach me how to operate the settings on the boiler although it was stated and required in the Vaillant user mannual he left behind! I had to nag him for months to get the 5 years guaratee he quoted me for. Also, Kieran never asked us for our opinion, never offered to compensate for the flood and never discussed what he was going to do and how.

Prompt, did a brilliant job, very clean and tidy and whats more, as the job was a bit easier than expected, charged less than the estimate. What more can you want? Brilliant!!

Kieron moved a cooker for me. He had to attend twice, once to disconnect the supply to the old cooker and again to move the gas main and reconnect the new cooker. He turned up on time, did an excellent job and I would 100% recommend him.
