Matt is super efficient and has been very helpful with what is my first building type project. Took down an internal supporting wall, arranged the structural engineer and application to building control when I didn't know where to start. Can't tell you what a relief this was. He knows what he is doing and your job will be safe in his hands. Additionally, very patient whilst I worked out the best and affordable options, providing quotes along the way which helped in decision making. Really impressed that Matt got this job done in such a timely manner which was very important to me. Polite, super friendly and tidy. Would have no hesitation in recommending Matt.

Great working with Matt. Very helpful and did a fantastic job!!

Great guy amazing range of tools very skilled in knowledge of almost anything in the building trade which is very reassuring and useful. Everything was done to a high standard I'm very happy with the work.

Matt gave me a good quotation, came at the time and date promised, did a great job, and cleared up and left no mess. A paragon of a builder ! Very, very rare in my experience. Thank you Matt !

Very courteous nothing was too much trouble, especially as I was so unprepared for his visit. Did a great job replacing shed felt and new wood and assembled garden chairs. Would definitely recommend.

Matt was great and very friendly. Went beyond the 'call of duty' to advise how to best remove the wall. Happily recommend him and re-use his services.

Husband and I found Matt on Mybuilder and was very pleased we did. A polite, family man, courteous, hardworking tradesmen with a no nonsence approach who was given very little notice for our works. Matt has all the power tools you could imagine and succeeds in his 1 man band through physical strength and engaging with the customer at the pinicle points. Matt is a professional and did all we asked of him. He also offered advice for us to proceed with our future project which we value. In 4 days Matt carried out the following for us: •Knocked out 3 walls converting 3 small rooms into 1 •Knocked out 1960 built in cupboards Positioned a lintel •Widened a load bearing wall in accordance with Structural Engineer specs •Removed a bathroom suite •Created a dwarf wall •Stud walled the parameter of new room •Plaster boarded stud walls •Dug deep into the ground to expose sewage pipes in 2 areas •Hired a skip For all this work we know we got a great deal. Would certainly use again and are already drawing up plans hoping Matt will be available. Thank you Mybuilder.com

Matt is reliable, punctual, worked without a break all day and is professional. He is keen to do a good job and has obvious pride in his work. I am very satisfied with the level of his workmanship, his knowledge of his trade and the time taken to do the job.
