KDL Builders LTD reviews (37)

Matt of KDL Builders did several jobs for us. He knocked down the wall between our toilet and bathroom, opened our kitchen up into our dining area, and removed a back door and window and replaced with a larger window. We were really happy with everything he did. He was fast, efficient, cleaned up after himself and made a lovely job of the brickwork, blending it in with the existing brickwork perfectly. Excellent builder and very happy to recommend him. We will certainly use him again for any other building work.

Matt did not do the job we wanted particularly well, we wanted a floor levelled and ended up having to get someone else to finish the job as it was not level. He had also cemented in the radiator pipe of a radiator which we had just had blanked off meaning that we had to pull out the pipe and redo that section of the floor with cement then latex.

Fantastic service off Matt from start to finish. Very professional, discussed different options, very understanding, flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We're really pleased that we found Matt! He was in contact as soon as he saw our message, he was out the next morning to have a look and give us a quote and he started work just 4 days later - and that was only to allow us enough time to get our building regs forms in. He ordered the materials in plenty of time and was in every morning as promised once he started the work. Our load bearing wall and a doorway knock through was completed within 6 days of us posting our job on My Builder. Matt is honest, hard working and a genuinely nice guy. We've recommended him to two our friends who are having work done and would recommend him to anyone else in an instant. We need more work doing in the new year and will be getting Matt back in as he's the ideal builder.

Had Matt to initially knock down an internal wall and build stud walls for a shower room. We have now asked him to build a front porch and renew our driveway. Very friendly guy and full of useful advise. Would recommend.

Have used KDL Builders Ltd for two room conversions, both from a double integral garage. Matt worked with a very efficient and professional attitude throughout, producing a project a high calibre. With that in mind, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others and would definitely use him again.

Matt turned up on time and completed a very professional job. We have now asked him to put the shed up for us which he will be doing this weekend. Very satisfied and will be recommending.

Matt was great, he was able to help us out as we were let down at the last minute. Friendly, reliable and we would def use him again. 😄

was very professional in his work and done a great job

We hired Matt to remove an internal wall for us. We were not at the property during this but felt confident in Matt. He was in contact with us throughout, keeping us up to date with photos and videos of the work, he removed all the waste and left the house tidy. We will definitely use Matt if he is available in future and would highly recommend him.
