Keiran was excellent. He got in touch immediately and to my surprise offered to come right away to fix the problem. I was grateful for this because the door's condition had left the building unsecure. It wasn't the most straight forward job but I noticed he took the extra time needed to make sure it was left in the best possible condition before he left.
