Replace Floorboards
Please avoid - expensive and substandard. Tried to arrange for joiner to come out to fix issues to no avail. Had to hire another joiner to fix the loft insulation. Very expensive , if you go with this joiner get a proper quote and understand what you are being charged for materials and labour. I’ve deleted my builder app as I now very much don’t trust the tradesman on it. Go with word of mouth every time.

Fit door jams
**update** even his reply to the complaint is lies. Never said I was moving or ‘shove’ it One star is generous. I asked for 3 door bars to be fitted on different level floors and was quoted £35/bar (which was steep) but acceptable for a colour match sloped bar for a 10/12mm gap. plus £45 for fitting. The bars fitted were the cheapest possible, not colour matched and not suitable for different level floors - leaving big gaps under the bar. Total trip hazard and eyesore. I have attached pictures of what was expected and what was done. Messaged him a few times to come and look at the work and sent screenshots of what I expected. He said he would come out and look at it and fix the issues after debating why I was wrong. However then stopped replying to my messages. 3 weeks later and still not resolved.If you want a half assed job from someone who doesn't know what they are doing then message him... From reading other reviews it seems this is usual behaviour and he does subpar work often.

I have been contacting you for the past week to arrange to get the other door bars fitted for you , you have told me your now moving property and iv to “ shove “ the door bars So little unfair when I wasnt told it was as unlevel floor so I got standard door bars for your property If your still wanting them changed over free of charge I can come out and get these done for you tomorrow ? You have my number to arrange Thanks

Remove Partition plasterboard wall
Didnt show on morning of agreed date to carryout works. I got someone else in to carry out job

Repairing floorboards
Very disappointed by standard of work, turned up 2 hours late, left after 2 hours, didn’t complete the job after paid in full. When trying to contact him appears my number was blocked. Beware

Hi there hope you are well , I done all work upto correct and high standards , it would appear you were upset about not doing the extras for free , I was 2 hours late as I entered the wrong address on my Sat Nav and I apologies as soon as I got there to you and your wife I haven’t blocked your number at all I have just arrived back from Tenerife and you would have been contacting my work phone , I’m free for a call anytime now ? The job was completed and that’s why full payment was taken , please don’t be put off by this review people as some people think because your there you can do loads of extras for nothing Thanks for your custom 👍🏼
