I would stay away from KDJoineryServices. I hired KD JS to fill some of the holes in my cabinets around the pipes. He sprayed expanding foam and nothing more for Ā£250. The job was below standards with the holes not properly filled and foam messily sprayed. In one of the cabinets, he even put a piece of MY furniture (part of my kitchen board) to stop the expansion of the foam. When I told it I needed that board, he said that I could have easily removed it in a couple of hours. When I tried it was stuck, then he told me to wait for 24h. The day after, it came out with most of the foam and part of the wall plaster. I called him to fix it, but he told me it was my fault. In first instance, one should ask why he used my piece of furniture to finish the job and not his tools! As a result, the hole was not filled and the board and the wall plaster were ruined. He said he would have fixed but then became evasive, never replied and disappeared with the money. Unprofessional and incompetentAnswer from tradesperson:
I think youāve got the wrong company as I didnāt take anything to do with this job at all , you contacted me and I told you it would be more of a job that would suit a plasterer to fill the wall up. I can confirm I didnāt fill anything with fire foam or ruin anyoneās furnitureā¦ I donāt know where this customer has got mistaken but I didnāt undertake this workā¦ another review which has nothing to do with me tarnishing my company name

The lad who did the job didnāt put the tv up properly used a completely wrong bracket for tv. Screws became loose. He also put up a curtain rail I asked him to take his shoes off before he got on my bed to put the rail up. He stood on the bed with his boots on cus there were boot prints on my bedAnswer from tradesperson:
Donāt understand where any this is coming from I used a Phillips swing arm bracket that was made for tvs from 33ā all the way upto 55ā You TV was a 40ā if I recall correctly, I put a dust sheet over your bed and wore blue shoe covers the entire time as I refuse to work without my steel toe cap boots on when doing stuff like this. Tv was put up completely fine and I have attached a photo belowā¦ we did a walk around of the job after I had completed it and the customer was happy. Where I think the customer is unhappy is she asked me to silicone bathroom as I was ā already there anyway ā I told her this would be a additional cost for materials and a discounted cost for labour but she said she wasnāt paying anymore money at all I therefore told her the bathroom silicone job would not be getting done as I canāt work for free Another person trying to bring the name of a company down due to not getting freebies done.
