On arrival Ken realized there was no water in the property. Something I completely forgot about and should have corrected before hand. This wasn't enough to put him off, rather than give up and leave Ken gathered snow from the garden, melted it in buckets and got the job done. Ken was accommodating to short notice availability, as well as prompt and tidy on the day he carried out the work. Quality of work is good and would hire again
