Window seal or frame needs reparing
Kai was quick and efficient and sorted the window and a hole in the wall in half an hour. Reasonable and affordable fees. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

He called me instantly when I posted the job on mybuilder, told me the price and made clear that if needed trimming/adjusting that it was just part of the deal, no need to worry. He absolutely delivered, turns out needed to trim the doors and the refit the frames but took it all within his stride, no problems and even offered to come back if we wanted anything adjusted. Job was done to the best standard Client wasn’t happy with the price, even though the price was discussed before the work was carried out like I do Always With clients I understand sometimes prices may seem a bit higher but with labour and material cost I tried to keep my prices Fair Job was only Priced at 150 for Two locks and two new handles Install Which is quite a fair
