In response for this negative feedback all the landscaping work (I) done for mrs Hubbard, mrs Hubbard was extremely happy with the works I personally done. The works I done was.. - large decking area - take up the old lawn and lay a new lawn to correct levels. - extend a wall in height and cut out the centre of the wall to create wide steps up to the new lawn. - 50 metres of Indian sand stone - fence all this is what I personally done, which half of this wasn’t mentioned above which came to £9,750. Rendering is not my trade, so I got a renderer to do the job, heard he was good through recomondation. I normally use someone else but he was busy with his own work.The rendering he done didn’t stick to the main walls and when I tried to get him Back he was ignoring my calls, so I got someone else in ( the person who I normally use). He done the job as I expected, a good job. Mrs Hubbard was happy. I got a call from mr Hubbard who still wasn’t happy, and didn’t want me back. I said I would come back to correct everything but he didn’t want me back and wanted £1000 back. The pointing of the patio is at a very high standard but I’m assuming where the rendering was redone near the aco drainage system needs to be re pointed.If there is one thing I’ve learned from this is not to get involved in rendering. AS you can see in all my feedback a part from this one, all the work ( I ) have done is at a high standard and lake pride in ( my ) work. I hope this don’t put you off using me
