Pros --Jim sent an experienced plumber for the job who took less than 30 minutes to do the job. There was a problem with siphon diaphragm in the concealed cistern. Jim's communication was excellent. Cons--There was no price quoted beforehand. I was told that the plumber would come and see the job first. When he came, he knew what was wrong straight away and said he would fix it right there. He then stated a minimum service charge which I wasn't made aware of earlier. I found this "minimum" service charge ( call out charge) a bit dear !

Early response to my 'post' online and prompt arrival the following day. Plumber talked me through the job and confirmed price before commencing. Worked steadily, taking care of flooring and kitchen units and tidied up afterwards.( also left spare valve handle and explained that they become embrittled etc.)

James was a very knowledgeable guy and very polite. He even phoned to say he would be 10 min late which i appreciated. he was able to diagnose the problem get it sorted. he also tested it a few time just to make sure everything was OK which again i was pleased about. The price was very reasonable . i would happily recommend James and will keep his number for future work

Jsl plumbing were great. I had a call within an hour and they came round to fix my heating issue the same afternoon. The issue was explained to me as to what was causing it. Then I was shown how I can fix it myself in the future without needing a plumber to come round. Thanks very much for getting hot water to my shower again!

Quick response to post. Friendly & helpful plumber arrived. He explained & fixed problem quickly. Very good company to work with - would recommend.
