Jon came round when he said he would, and was very good at getting back to me when we were arranging the job. The work was completed with minimum fuss, everything went well, and he tidied up after he was finished. My house is now nice and warm, and I would definitely hire him again.

Jon was efficient, courteous and tidy in removing my old toilet seat and replacing with a new one. I would recommend his services again in the future.

Jon did a good job, was punctual, fast working and tidied up after he finished. He ended up doing other related jobs too for a reasonable price too. I would certainly call him again if needed or/and recommend him.

John was very professional and spent a lot of time trying to fix the toilet which was unexpectantly trickier to fix, however, he did not charge the additional time so I was happy to leave a tip.

I can't rate Jon highly enough. If you want a dilligent, conscientious, knowledgeable plumber, look no further than Jon. Nothing is too much trouble, his prices are reasonable and fully itemised, and he even whistles while he works! I won't hesitate to use Jon again and am really grateful to have found a good, reliable, fair-minded plumber. Thank you, Jon.

Complete job requirements to necessary timescale.

Very impressed. On time. Efficient and good value for money. Jon was speedy and efficient and completed the job as promised. His prices were very competitive and he was even able to squeeze in an extra job for us. I would definitely use him again.

Jon quickly identified the problem, picked up the spare part needed from a local plumbers' merchant, returned and fitted it - no more leaking tap. (The cost of parts was added to the original quote.) I had also said that the tap is old and at some point we would want a new one - Jon ordered one for us from the plumbers' merchant, having showed us a photo of it on his phone to confirm it was what we want. He will fit it when it arrives. He is polite, efficient and charming and took extra trouble - an excellent find!

 Completed the job on time and with the agreed price. Came back to check that there was no leak on the connecting pipes. Very happy with the outcome.
