Polite good and effective

Jon arrived on time and carried out the job efficiently and to a good standard. He also cleaned up afterwards and checked his work to ensure the shower worked. Special mention should go to the fact that he persevered for about 45 minutes to identify where the stop cock was situated (it is an old flat and one I have not been in long so I didn't have a clue as they last owner never told me!). Despite this extra work the price did not change. Would gladly recommend and use again.

Fantastic service! Jon saved me a lot of money since I was originally quoted work to be done on £1600 +VAT Jon managed to get it done for £50 by just checking what ACTUALLY NEEDED to be fixed and honestly pricing the work. Organised this job on behalf of extremely exacting mother who was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship, his excellent manner and attitude, and his all round helpfulness. He even offered to take away the old sink/taps and dump them for her (which for an elderly lady in her seventies was great) which is why she paid him an extra £20 over the agreed price. Will definitely use him again for work on my own place.
