Aside from the extensive good feedback from other people, Jon was the only plumber to ask pertinent questions about the tasks I wanted done, before offering a competitive quote. He arrived promptly and completed the work within the estimated time, and there was good communication throughout. His final charge was less than his original quote. I was happy to have him in my home and shall certainly be using him again in future.
