Jon was very fair and patient, providing a number of different options for us to solve our gas problem after issues beyond our control arose. He visited the flat on a number of occasions to work through alternative solutions and was always very pleasant to deal with. He resolved the issue and was extremely competitive on price. I would recommend Jon for any plumbing work and would certainly use him again in the future.

Very happy about Jon's Work! Not only he did the job exactly how I expected it to be in a impressively short amount on time (on top of that I have to say my kitchen configuration was not at all making the task easy), but he also managed to find the "stop tap" for our flat in less than 3 minutes whereas 3 other plumbers before him had been looking for ever without any success! He also managed to get the exact tap we were looking for with a very short notice (during the weekend). In the end, I highly recommend him as I'm going to continue calling him for his excellent service.

Jon did a great job moving my radiator, and in the process discovered that a couple of my pipes were clogged up (explains why my radiators were never warm enough) and made the extra effort to clear them without additional charge. Would highly recommend, impeccable service and strong work ethic.

Jon did a fantastic job of addressing the low water pressure in my flat with the installation of water tanks in the loft and a pump to fill them. He carried out the job in 1 day and was very knowledgable and professional. I would recommend him to others and hire him again. Jim

Shower pump replacement Jon was great. Can't remember the exact price but was really good price and Jon was very helpful. I had something wrong with my shower a week later and he came back and fixed it with no charge. Would definitely recommend him.

Jon was reliable, punctual and did exactly what we asked him to! Unfortunately, it turned out our issue wasn't what we thought it had been but that was not Jon's fault. He also helped us to look at our external stopcock, which was blocked with mud.
