Jordan visited when he said he would, priced the job (tracing leak and replacing faulty shower valve) and arranged a date and time for completion. He completed as scheduled and stuck to the original quote despite difficulties sourcing the part required. He displayed a friendly, helpful manner throughout. I would definitely hire him again if I need any plumbing work done.

It’s a shame all tradesmen are not like Jordan, likeability and professional, he responded very quickly to my ad and came out on the same evening to have a look at the leaking toilet. The job was not straight forward and involved several visits, he talked through the various issues and didn't give up until the problem was resolved to our satisfaction, his work was of a very high standard and his rates very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Jordan and will certainly call on him again should the need arise.

I wanted to give positive feedback to Jordan - he arrived on time, got straight to work, explained that the job was more complex than he thought (mainly due to unforeseen circumstances with the original fittings, but also due to our requirement for the waste to be replaced in addition to the tap), was happy to quote an additional cost before going ahead, all of which I was happy with. Problems arose when I found a pool of water below the sink pedestal and on inspection felt the waste to be leaking. I contacted Jordan to advise him, and although the initial response was positive, after about 6 days I gave up repaired it myself - which wasn't easy. Jordan was hesitant to confirm a date to come back (the work was done on Wednesday and we were unavailable Sunday which was proposed initially), and despite numerous requests I couldn't help but feel like we were an afterthought and inconvenience to him, especially as 'traffic was bad' during the week so it would therefore have to be a weekend when he came back. We were also advised that we could do it ourselves, to save him the journey, which I don't really think is on. So along with the job not being satisfactorily completed, I hope Jordan also focuses more on customer satisfaction in the future, as it's this that can often generate more work - which unfortunately following this experience for ours we'll be directing elsewhere.

I can’t speak more highly of Jordan. Polite and professional, Jordan took the time to talk through the options on the phone and was very clear about what our option were for the new shower. His quote was very reasonable and work carried out quickly and finished well. He communicated with us throughout the job, explaining everything and charged the amount he quoted. Having struggled to find decent tradesmen in Hertfordshire, Jordan was a breath of fresh air and is someone we will be sure to use again.

Jordan fixed a power shower to my main bathroom in my house.Jordan did a fantastic job and professional job neat and tidy, I would recommend him if someone wants a shower fixed. If I need and other job done I would not hesitate he have him again. well done. regards Geraint Evans

Jordan is a genuine pleasure to work with. Not only is he very good at what he does but he is a cut above the rest when it comes to likeability and professionalism. I am SOOOO relieved that I *finally* found a handyman I can rely on.

I have used a few tradesmen over the years, and in particular, a few plumbers. Very few would beat Jordan in his commitment and dedication. Jordan responded promptly to my advert after 9pm Friday and made an appointment as soon as I required it, 9.30am Sunday. He was there at 9.25am, worked through till almost 4pm, ensuring that everything was working perfectly. He cleaned up after himself and asked to get an update on performance after a few hours (when he was gone). His composure throughout was brilliant. I STRONGLY recommend Jordan for any similar tasks and I will definitely be using him again. Well done Jordan!

He spent some time making sure the leak was isolated and returned the following evening with the necessary parts to complete. Jordan was extremely helpful. The problem with our shower was longstanding and complicated. In the end, although he had already bought a replacement part he advised it was cheaper to replace the unit which he did. This was cheaper and effective! He was happy to return the other part with no charge. We are very happy with his work.
