Jordan arrived promptly and had a look at what I wanted him to do. He looked at the current problem and suggested an alternative which meant there was no job for him. He was so honest. I will definitely hire him for future plumbing jobs.

Very pleased with the replacement of my shower. Jordan showed up on time and confirmed all the details beforehand. Would recommend him to everyone. Wish all tradesman were this good! Dean

Very professional and knowledgeable plumber, punctual and friendly, will definitely use this tradesman again if / when I need a plumber

Great customer service overall and very professional service . Job absolutely well done and within a very decent time frame plus tidy at service no fussy mess despite the nature of the job...an asset to Mybuilder 👌🏾 .. will definitely recommend . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jordan did a marvellous job in fixing my shower and water valve. When I called Jordan about the job he took the time to listen to and advised me about what I needed to do. He arrived on time to complete both jobs and was quick, efficient, professional and polite. Whilst completing the jobs he also noticed other repair work which he offered to do without adding it on to the cost. I also thought I needed additional work completing due the result of my leaky shower my tiles were damp - Jordan advised me (quite rightly) that this was not necessary as they would dry out over time. I would recommend Jordan to everyone :)

I posted my job request on my builder website. Jordan was very prompt in replying. I explained my problem (leaking kitchen tap) and he advised me to buy a tap or if I preferred he could buy it for me. It was nice that he listened to me and advised me so that I was able to make my own decision and choices. He was prompt and timely when he arrived. A very friendly smile. Whilst he was there he took a look at a leaking pipe under my sink. He was very genuine and honest and didn't want to accept any more for this extra work that I asked him to do. I did give him some money for his kindness. I would definitely recommend Jordan to anyone. He is a genuine honest trustworthy person and genuinely looks like he enjoys his job. Keep up the great work :) it was a pleasure meeting you :)

Jordan replied to my job posting promptly and politely. He came over the next day to investigate with no obligation. Unfortunately (well fortunately for me :)) there was no pipe leak but he devised a theory of where the water is coming from the makes perfect sense. Further to that he advised on how to double check that that is the case. He didn't ask for any money which was a very pleasant surprise to me. He seems knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks for coming over and sorting things out Jordan we gonna call you again next time.

Jordan was very polite in his communications and provided a competitive quote to us. He was also available at short notice, which is what we needed. He did the job for us on a bank holiday - very flexile! The quality of work was very good and we are very happy with his work. We would recommend Jordan for such type of work.

Excellent service and highly recommended. Fixed in a few hours, brilliant!

Excellent! Very efficient and sorted it quickly.
