Not only did Jordan arrive when he said he would he spotted our problem within minutes, communication was excellent with Jordan keeping me up to date with progress on ordering and timeline to fix. Turned up early, very professional and efficient, provided good advice. Overall I am pleased I hired Jordan, he is now my number 1 to turn to for all my plumbing needs and someone to turn to for other trade recommendations. Very happy and many thanks Jordan

I hired Jordan for my bathroom re-fit due to both his positive feedback and also, when meeting him and partner Ali, they seemed honest and up front about the challenges and potential options for the job. There were several challenges that came up along the way, leading to the job taking longer than expected. However Jordan and Ali acted with integrity throughout and worked hard to overcome the issues and complete the bathroom for us. We love the end result, tiling & finishes are good quality, and all fixtures working well.

I recently hired Jordan to fix a leaking boiler. I spoke to him in the afternoon and he came and fixed the issue that same evening. Jordan and his team were fantastic; polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of exactly what the issue was and what action the were taking to fix. He also gave me a few friendly pointers on a few other bits that he thought were worth bringing to my attention, which was very much appreciated. I posted my job first thing this morning. Short listed Jordan and after a few phone calls confirming the part and price, he booked me in to come the same day. Jordan and Ali fitted the part and everything was up and running in no time. The service and overall experience was to the highest standard.
