I would recommend Jordan. Very reliable and professional. The work was completed on time and without any issues. Jordan also did some further work which once again was to a high standard. A friendly guy too.

Would highly recommend Jordan Very polite and professional Replaced my Mums shower and was round within an hour

Jordan and Ali have just finished two bathroom projects in our home. From the moment of first contact, right the way through to completion of the job, they've been nothing short of fantastic. As a young family with two kids, we needn't have been worried about both bathrooms being done at the same time as we were never left without the functioning basics in the evenings. The price quoted was competitive, but more than that, their professionalism exhibited when understanding our requirements from the outset was brilliant. This made them stand out significantly from the others who provided quotes. The level of workmanship has been brilliant, definitely perfectionists in finishes, which is exactly what we all want when getting new bathrooms fitted. Part of the way through we discovered various flaws left by previous cowboy builders. Jordan and the team photographed all of them and listed numerous options for us to pursue. We opted for Jordan to resolve all the additional issues we came across and he did so in a really professional and timely manner. Another huge plus for us was their approach to cleanliness whilst undertaking the job. This ranged from laying down protective flooring to ensuring everywhere was hoovered at the end of each day. Safe to say we have now found our builder of choice in the area, and only wish we would have done so some years ago. We will absolutely be going to Jordan and the team for every requirement we have moving forward.

I initially reached out to Jordan on My Builder to invite him to quote for what I thought was a small problem with my taps not flowing any hot water. Jordan contacted me within an hour of reaching out to him for the potential job and he and his partner Ali both came to inspect the job a little while later. Jordan and Ali were professional and genuinely nice guys that were also very knowledgeable in their field of work. They advised that unfortunately for me, I needed to replace my tired and old boiler. The price quoted was both competitive and fair and I felt very comfortable in the fact that they knew what they were doing and also had received great feedback on the My Builder website. Fortunately for me, Jordan and Ali were able to fit my new boiler a few days later. They were very clean and precise with their work and I was highly impressed with their overall work ethic. I now have a fantastic new boiler installed which has made a world of difference. Further to installing the new boiler, Jordan also installed a new kitchen mixer free of charge, which again I was super happy with. This has also made a world of difference. Jordan and Ali have a great partnership and due to this and the fact that they are so good at what they do, they will be refurbing the whole house a little later this year. Thank you so much Ali and Jordan, I look forward to working with you again in the not so distant future ;-)

Jordan and his partner have carried out the necessary work in an efficient and professional manner; our bath was replaced in a little over 4 hours. I am pleased with the results and hope that I can call on them again if the need arises.

Jordan and Ali did a fantastic refurbishment on our bathroom. They are very efficient and came out to look at the job within a day of me posting it, they then completed the job 2 days later for a very reasonable price. They are very clean workers, polite and honest. I accidentally overpaid Jordan and following completion of the job he contacted me to let me know and offered to refund me. We are very pleased with their workmanship and would definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

Excellent service will definitely use again
