Jordan was polite punctual and very helpful. He contacted me back very quickly responded to all my messages very quickly and text on the day the work was being done to advise when he would arrive. He did an excellent job, was very professional and left the area clean and tidy once he had installed the new hob all at the price agreed in advance. Jordan was prompt to respond to our initial enquiries. Visited and provided us with much needed advice. He gave us a price and left us to decide. He managed to fit us in quickly and carried out the job efficiently. He completed the job quietly with no fuss. All mess was cleared and he even replaced the sealant for us. Jordon was polite and accomodating with the job schedule. There were difficulties with the screw fittings due to manufacturing design and no fault of his own which made the job a lot longer than it should, however Jordon perservered and got the job done. It has few faulty codes on the screen like :f54, f29,f28. It's still working but I need to restart it for couples of times.
They are the best gas engineers I've ever met. Very polite, quick, knowledgeable in what they do and at the best prices. I highly recommend these guys.
