Jay worked on my roof at the end of September 2022. He originally quoted £650 for the work, but then said extra work was needed and charged £850. He was careful to say, after completing the work, that he could NOT guarantee it, and now I know why. In the first heavy rain after that, water was pouring into my house, worse than before. My neighbour also complained that Jay had replaced the ridge tiles so badly misaligned that they had damaged her gutter. I have now had reputable roofers do the repair that was needed in the first place; in their words, Jay “pretended” to fix the ridge tiles, but had just laid them on sand and daubed some mortar on the outside. He also completely missed that the felt and batons were rotten and needed replacement. I would definitely NOT recommend him.

Very quick response to job listing. Repair was carried out very quickly and very reasonably priced. Both chaps who attended were great. I would recommend this company.

Jay replied to the job posting very quickly as was on-site within a few hours to resolve the issue with the gutter. Good, clear communication before and after the job. I'd have no hesitation using Jay's services again.
