Constantine contacted me very promptly after being shortlisted and arrived about half an hour later to assess the job. He was very professional but also courteous and polite. The price quoted was very reasonable. He then turned up early on the scheduled day and finished the job earlier than expected, a testament to his efficiency. We are very satisfied with the repair.

Constantine offered a competitive, up front price for the job which was inclusive of all materials and VAT. He arrived on time (on both days), did exactly what i had asked for and did it to an excellent standard. He and his team were polite and gave the impression of being genuinely determined to produce work of a high standard. I would have no hesitation in hiring Constantine again or in urging others to do so.

Constantine arrived on time and worked solidly without a break and the job was completely in 6 hours to a very high standard despite issues with my plug sockets being incorrectly fitted making the job more difficult than anticipated. Constantine he even collected the tiles for me. I found him to be polite and courteous and also helpful in helping me to decide on the finish etc. Constantine was tidy overall, one small criticism however was that there there was obviously a lot of dust he didn't cover over my wooden floor which left lots of dust and foot prints... which he did attempt to clean after I remarked on it. But overall thanks and I would recommend him to my friends/ family.

Constantine did a great job tiling our bathroom - very efficient and tidy work. He was also very accommodating given that I gave him minimal notice and was not able to be around. Would certainly hire him again - very trustworthy and adept! Thanks! Kathy

Constantine completed the job today. He did a very good job with the minimum of mess , cleaned up afterwards and took the rubbish away. I would be happy to recommend him to friends and family and will certainly use him again in the future. (I particularly appreciated that that he could give me an immediate fixed price using the information I supplied when posting the job. )

Constantine did an excellent job, cleverly matching up tiles from two different sources so that they looked as though they belonged together. The work was completed within the proposed timescale and at a reasonable price. Constantine is very personable and polite and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing high quality tiling

We had lots of issues of the newly tiled kitchen walls (grouts were not cleaned and overflown all over the place, vertical joins are not straight, tile joins to kitchen unit were patchy...) which made us really upset. The tradesmen who originally did it took more than 5 week in time-span (as they come in for a few hours and left, and didn't even turn up as scheduled which is pathetic) and had the audacity to call it finished. Overall the work was very sloppy and they took no pride in their work, which's a total waste of money, material and time! No doubt, we fired them, and took them off other awarded work. We decided to knock it off and do it again from scratch as we don't want to see this mess after moving in, it is our home. Constantin did a brilliant job and delivered on time as promised and with high quality within 3 days (incl. 1 day of drying). He's patient, hard working, well-mannered and cares about his work and his word. Will definitely hire again. Recommend him highly.

Constantine was really efficient, polite and flexible. I asked him to tile the floor of a kitchen and two walls. Regarding the constrains on site (walls not straight, no water on site etc) he did a great job. As an interior designer, I would recommend him and will contact him in the future for new opportunities of work.
