Throughout the project, James communicated well and adapted to the job as it progressed, taking any changes into account, and offering his professional advice where appropriate. I would thoroughly recommend him.

James has completed the roof repairs that I needed on a property. His communication was excellent and he sent photos of the problems he found and the repairs he carried out, as I was not on site. Very pleased with the repairs and would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others. Thanks James, it was a pleasure to deal with an excellent and reliable company.

James was very quick to respond and maintained excellent communications throughout. We had a bit of an emergency (leak in our roof) which has now been repaired, less than 24hours after first contact. An expert came out to assess the roof just a few hours after I first spoke with Jrdroofline to assess the problem. A plan was then made for two men to attend the next morning to carry out a repair, despite it being a Sunday. This was much appreciated, as the water damage inside the property was getting slowly worse. Workmen were friendly, and happily answered all questions I had before beginning. The job was carried out to a high standard and the work area left clean when finished. I am pleased to recommend James and Jrdroofline for any roofing job. Pleasure to deal with and professional throughout.
