Ross of JRC Plumbing did a great job very clean work, even when I asked for an extra part of the job it was a very good quotation, would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Ross was very quick to respond to my posting and to come round and give me a very reasonable estimate. He suggested possible cheaper solutions but in the end we decided on a tank replacement. The cheapest quote doesn't always mean best, however, I liked his approach, so he got the job. Ross was quick to book in to do the work (within the week) and was bang on time to start work. Ross encountered a couple of issues with the job, which I was able to see but kept me abreast of everything he was doing and of any costs incurred over the original quote. He quoted for 3 hours labour. With the issues encountered, he worked nearer five. Ross was prepared to honour his quote but as the issues hadn't been of his making and couldn't have been foreseen at the time of the quote, I felt it only fair that he should take more for his work and with a little persuasion, we agreed on an extra hour. Had Ross not been a thoroughly nice and conscientious guy, I doubt we would even have had that conversation. As for the work, Ross did a very good job, with no mess and removed the old tank/pipework, etc, when he went. I am 100% satisfied with Ross's work and do not hesitate to recommend him. Don't be put off by lack of feedback on My Builder, Ross hasn't been registered that long. I asked him if he could provide more feedback and he was happy to direct me to a Facebook page, so he has nothing to hide. If I need any further plumbing jobs doing, I'd not hesitate to give Ross a call.

I hired Ross because when he first attended to quote he was very informative about the work he would need to undertake and explained this in such a way it was easy to understand. The job took longer than expected due to some unforeseen issues but nevertheless he carried on to ensure it got done and he frequently checked and re-checked his work, keeping me updated as he went along. He was a little more expensive than other quotes I'd had but his initial visit gave me confidence to use him. Would recommend him.

A very reliable plumber, who replied to my ad quickly, came the next day, good at explaining what the problem was and what he was doing to fix the leak. A good price for a job well done. A really nice guy, who I would recommend and use again if needed.
