I'm glad we selected Ross for this job. He was really professional, clear on the pricing from the get-go and worked to time. The leak was more extensive than previously thought, but he resolved this and a week and a half later, all is working well without any problems. He comes HIGHLY recommended!

Ross of JRC Plumbing was a delight to appoint and a really nice man to boot, from the 1st survey to completion of the works. Worked and treated my home like his own. Worked clean and tidy at all times in a cramped loft space, even when under attack from an unforeseen wasps nest. We have no hesitation in recommending Ross and JRC plumbing's services to all. I was lucky in that Ross had a cancellation and was able to come over straight away. I felt comfortable with his easy but professional manner and he explained all the ins and outs clearly - confirming that he knew his trade really well. Above all, I felt that he wanted to do the job to the best of his abilities - which he did. No quibbles price-wise, there may be cheaper tradespeople out there, I know there are more expensive ones - the important thing is to be able to trust someone.

Ross replied to my ad quickly and booked in to come and attend to my job. He couldn't solve the issue but agreed to fit another thermostat while he was at my house. Was friendly and approachable. Would use again
