He and his colleague were friendly, efficient and respectful while they worked, and tidied up beautifully after themselves. We had an issue with one aspect of the installation, which wasn't entirely their fault. They undertook the work to upgrade the security on six doors within my building with a professional attitude and at a reasonable price, which was somewhat less than that quoted by another locksmith. They didn't complete the work in one visit, but they returned the following day to complete the job. They also returned a few days later to make a minor adjustment to one of the locks which was causing an issue, without charge or quibble. Johnny knew his stuff and minimised the cost of the job without compromising on the security of the door in any way. He didn’t blag and expand the job but was clear about what needed doing. He was flexible about the date and time I wanted it done. He replaced the door lock for a decent price.
