He arranged to attend with my tenants and I asked that he called me before carrying out any work to let me know what needed to be done. He called and gave me a choice of having the lock repaired or replaced. I opted for the lock to be replaced. As the lock only came with 2 keys he advised that he could also cut an extra keys for me which I asked him to do. I asked my tenants if he had done a good job and if all was ok. They have advised me that they are happy with the job and glad I got everything resolved so quickly. Found Johnny polite and easy to communicate with. He kept me up to date and let me know how much everything would cost before doing the work. Johnny made sure my lock was fitted securely and correctly before he left - even if it meant spending a little more time. He paid a lot attention to detail and even cleaned up after himself! I would definitely hire him again
