    Tap broken

    Managed to replace my tap swiftly with no issues and all at a decent price! I would definitely recommend Jolly Plumbers to anybody that needs heating/plumbing services. 10 out of 10!

    Boiler service

    Arranged visit a week in advance but on the day time changed three times before I lost patience. Said he had emergency dental work fair enough but by the end of the day felt like I was being messed about.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi yes really sorry about this Daniel had a massive backlog that day due to cracking my tooth, we offered a reduced rate on the service to make up for it unfortunately it was out of my control. Sorry if you felt messed around not the way we like to do things i should have managed your expectations better on the day.

    Replacement of power shower

    Oliver was quick and efficient and made sure to clean up after the (messy) job. I'd recommend him!

    Shower pump installation

    John of Jolly Builders initially came for a quote but ended up rectifying builder's error (piping done incorrectly by builder) and finished the job without even touching the pump (supposed to be a pump to pump swap)! Credit to him for discovering the error quickly and saved me some money. Will definitely use Jolly Builders again

    Cold water tap issue

    Excellent service! This job ended up to be way more than expected. Provided a detailed summary of what was needed. Even sorted out a new carbon monixide alarm aswell whilst he was there. Would definitely recommend.

    Shower needs does not warm up enough

    John from Jolly Plumbers was great to deal with. He advise me on what the problem was with my shower when I described the fault to him. He then advised me on what parts to order for the job. Unfortunately the part did not arrive in time, so John recommended a plumbers merchant which was local that had the part in stock. He then fitted the part and got the shower back up and running pretty quickly. As my job was taking longer than expected due to me not having the part, I could see that job was calling his other customers and keeping them up to date on his timing. I thought this was great service he was giving. I'll be using John / Jolly Plumbers again.

    My radiators are making a loud knocking/banging noise

    Great communication and fitted me in, both for the initial assessment and the work to be carried out very quickly. Politely explained the problem in 'layman's' terms so I could understand and completed the work efficiently in a professional way. Very pleased with the workmanship and really appreciate the silence from the radiators! Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you! Gill from Sutton
