I was very happy the replacement of my roof. It was quick, efficient and high quality work. I would certainly recommend them.

Overall a positive experience. Job was completed very quickly to a high standard. Mess was minimal, the lads did a good job leaving the site mostly neat and tidy. John was pleasant to deal with and we were able to hash things out rapidly and at no point was there confusion over what needed to be done etc. The only downsides were communications at times was spotty - but these were mainly between scaffolding company and roofing company and back to me. Since its external contractor, having had experience with similar in work, know how that goes. Just be prepared for things to happen more rapidly than possibly expected. Outside of this, there were some minor issues on site. These were personally rectified by John ASAP which was highly appreciated by me and neighbours. Its great to see accountability and pride in the job in the building trade given my past experiences. If this was a star rating system i'd give four - it would have been nice if those small site issues hadn't occurred but cannot fault the response and doesn't detract from the great job carried out. TLDR: Would recommend this roofing company.

John and his team were amazing, at times there were 8 roofers working on my roof, many of which I never even met! John's pricing was excellent compared to the Um and Ahs, I have been quoted these last few years! My house is circa 200 year old property with quite a large roof and many angles. Never thought I would say this about a roof but it is lovely, money well spent. Thank you to John, his father and the team.

We decided to go with John (J&L Welch Roofing) after speaking with him and seeing the positive reviews. I'm so pleased we did, our roof has been finished to a very high standard. John and his team cracked on and got it done by the date promised even though the weather was against them. We are thrilled with the end results. Both the main roof and extension look completely different, we love the tiles, and the new facias and guttering look amazing! All at a really competitive price. They left outside really tidy too. Thank you so much. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and his team!

Excellent! John and his team were spot on from initial contact, communication throughout and receipt of guarantee once work was complete. The lads worked nonstop and only took 2 days to complete the renewal of our roof. Even had comments from neighbours wanting their details as they were that impressed. John has a team of about 6 lads who were all very respectful and tidied up at the end of each day. They arrived when they said and John was always on hand for any questions, we found him genuine and trustworthy which is why we chose this company over other quotes we got even though they were less. More than happy with our new roof. Also, scaffolding company they use were good, was taken down only a few days after completion of roof, so wasn’t left with scaffolding up for weeks like some places. Overall, very professional and respectful of us and our property, I would recommend this company 100%.

John and his team are very professional about their work. They dropped my chimney, replaced the whole roof and fitted facia boards guttering and down comer pipe all in 2 days. They took all the old roof away and left the job spotless. Very reasonably priced, I could not have asked for more. It has not rained yet so can not comment if any leaks but I am confident their won't be. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone. Cheers John Thank you for a excellent job.
